Help! I need to return an item...

If you need to return an item from your order please send the item(s) back to the store address from which you received your delivery. The store address will be on the packing slip/invoice that is included with your order. Please also fill out the form below so we know to expect your order back and we will be in touch once the item(s) have been received back in store.

How to Send Back your Return

We highly recommend that you send your return by tracked courier. The product is your responsibility until the item is received back by our store(s). Should an item go missing we are unable to provide a refund - so a tracked delivery provides assurance that an item can be found and re-delivered.
